Who this is

Death Row Pest Control is a family pest company. The Repp family runs it. The logo is a mouse in a chair behind bars because that is the sense of humor, not a corporate values poster.

We run Spring Hill, Columbia, Santa Fe, and Franklin, Tennessee. Licensed in Maury County. The truck says WORK HARD, SPRAY HARDER. We kept that.

The people customers actually name

We deleted the fake “team” page (Jake, Emily, Sophia, and the rest of the lorem). The names that show up in real reviews are the names we will print. Family-run — not a one-person shop:

• Sarah — “If you ever have a chance to talk with Sarah she loves answering questions and helping people.” (Wesley Velasco, Google via Thumbtack)
• Blake — on the rodent jobs and the “done on time” jobs.
• Evan — named with Blake on a communication-first visit (Tracie Patrick, ProsGrade).

That is the roster we will stand behind in public copy. No stock headshots of strangers.

Pets are not a slogan

The Frenchies are real. Photos: truck bench and the house. We treat homes that have kids, dogs, and the usual Middle Tennessee livestock of couch cushions. Tell us what is on site when you book. We will tell you what we are putting down and where you should park the animals.

What we will not pretend

• We are not a walk-in storefront. Spring Hill and Columbia are staff-only offices. Santa Fe is the home office and the license address. Franklin is a service area, not a fourth lobby.
• We will not invent office hours. Sources disagree. What we will promise is the plan arrival: 48 hours on Basic and Advance, 24 hours on Premium — or you call or text 931-500-6969 and we deal with it.
• We will not invent a Google star total. Read the labeled quotes on the home page and below.
• Indoor air (UV, Air Knight, duct sanitizing) is a Death Row add-on on /iaq/. Premium’s “1 yearly AC maintenance on request” stays a plan bullet on pricing. This about page is pest control.

How the work lands

Chris Beavers (ProsGrade, 12 Dec 2025): mice in the crawl space and garage. The crew found the entries, sealed the exterior, set traps. That is the job when rodents are on the plan (Advance / Premium — not Basic).

Nick Davis (ProsGrade, 24 Oct 2025): yellow jackets in a two-year-old’s room, found Saturday night. They came, they treated, they came back to check. That is the job when something is in the house and you do not want a call center.

Tracey Wilkins (Google via Thumbtack, 28 Aug 2025): “Explained the process throughly. No messy residue or smell.”

We would rather be boring on the residue and loud on the truck.
