That is the visit rhythm. It is not a pest list. (The live site had those two answers swapped. This is the fix.)
Interior / exterior insect work is the core. The published coverage list includes house ants, bird mites, indoor ticks, cockroaches, carpet beetles, fabric moths, overwintering insects, ground beetles, centipedes, crickets, earwigs, firebrats, millipedes, clover mites, pillbugs/sowbugs, psocids, scorpions, silverfish, paper wasps, springtails, spiders, stored-product beetles and moths, mice, and rats — with plan limits.
Basic does not include rodents. Mice and rats start at Advance.
Premium also includes fire ants, black widow spiders, and brown recluse spiders, plus lawn fleas/ticks (up to 1 acre, up to 3×/year).
Usually not in the standard Shield (see the contract): bed bugs, termites as a treatment (inspection is a separate line unless your plan includes it), mosquitoes unless the plan has In2Care (Advance/Premium), yellowjackets/hornets, carpenter bees, bumble bees, carpenter/crazy ants, and others called out in /terms-back-contract/. If bees, fleas, indoor ticks, bed bugs, termites, cockroaches, brown recluse, carpet beetles, fabric moths, or stored-product pests are present at the initial inspection, a curative upcharge can apply.
Yes, on Shield plans.
The live contract charges a 20% admin fee on cancellations; refunds are prorated. There is a 30-day money-back on a given visit in /terms-back-contract/ §6. Arbitration venue is Columbia, TN. Read the contract. This FAQ is not a rewrite of it.

Not on Basic. Basic is interior + exterior insects. Advance and Premium include rodents. If you have mice in the garage or crawl space, do not buy Basic and hope. Chris Beavers’ review (ProsGrade) is an Advance/Premium kind of job: find the entry, seal, trap.
We do rodent work in crawl spaces when that is the job — that is from a real review, not a product page. There is no standalone crawl-space URL and we are not selling “crawl space encapsulation” here. Ask when you call.
Mice and rats. That is the animal work we publish. We are not building raccoon or snake pages.
No. Bed bugs are a confirmed add-on (see /services/bed-bugs/). They are excluded from a standard Shield and can trigger a curative upcharge if they are present at the start.
