Termite control for this dirt, not a national script

We run Spring Hill, Columbia, Santa Fe, Franklin, Thompson’s Station, Maury County, and Williamson County. Offices are staff-only. You do not walk in and wait in a lobby.

Spring Hill is still throwing up subdivisions. New slabs sit on the same soil subterranean termites already use. Columbia has older downtown wood, crawl spaces, and sills that have seen more than one owner. Santa Fe is farmhouse sills and outbuildings. Franklin and Thompson’s Station are service area. Same truck. Same number. No fake Franklin storefront.

If you already see mud tubes, hollow wood, or swarmers, say that when you call. We still inspect. We do not diagnose termites from a Facebook photo.

Inspection is on the card. Treatment is a quote.

Published inspection price:

Basic Shield, $50/month — termite inspection is $189.
Advance Shield, $75/month — termite inspection is included.
Premium Shield, $125/month — termite inspection is included.

If we find an active colony, treatment is quoted after we see the house. It is not free eradication. Inspection is the membership line. Killing a colony is a separate conversation. Read the plans on pricing.

Rodents are not on Basic. Basic is insects. Mice in the garage or crawl space start at Advance. If you have both jobs, say both. Do not buy Basic and hope the mice leave.

What a visit looks like

We look. Foundation, crawl, wood that sounds wrong, attic if we can reach it.
You get a straight answer. Inspection on the Shield line, or a treatment quote if the colony is live.

We are not going to pretend a spray stop is a termite warranty. Wood-boring beetles are outside standard coverage too. Entry sealing (spray foam and wire) is a different job. It is not a substitute for termite treatment.
